Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and upsell opportunities - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Act as a customer advocate within the company to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met - Track and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Motivated and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
