Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients. This part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with product information, ordering process, and shipment tracking. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online client experience. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in online client service processes.

Requirements: 1. Dedicated and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. Innovative thinker with the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
