Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Representative in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to management as needed - Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and resolution


Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
