Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, has strong problem-solving skills, and is persuasive in their communication.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Collaborate with team members to create and implement business development strategies - Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets - Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure the company's competitive edge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Willingness to travel as needed - Resilient and adaptable mindset
