Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development. - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects through regular communication. - Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and drive sales growth. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and deliver compelling business proposals. - Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts. - Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. - Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote our services.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptable and reliable personality traits. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Innovative thinking and strong time management skills as soft skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and remotely.
