Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong sense of drive and resilience.
Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, including managing a team of call center representatives. 2. Setting and meeting performance targets for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. 3. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members. 4. Developing and implementing strategies to improve call center operations and enhance customer experience. 5. Handling escalated customer complaints and issues. 6. Monitoring call center metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement. 7. Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Conducting regular training sessions for call center representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 9. Utilizing communication and persuasion skills to motivate and inspire team members. 10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center management role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
