Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to provide a seamless experience for clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services and highlighting their benefits - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and implement initiatives to improve client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Energetic and motivated personality with a strong drive to exceed client expectations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to travel to client sites as needed
