We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client projects and campaigns - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and customer satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, making adjustments as needed to enhance the client experience - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or account management - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
