Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven Client Relations Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client retention and growth - Analyze client feedback and develop action plans to improve client satisfaction - Plan and execute client events and activities to strengthen relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities - Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities - Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
