Client Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Service Officer at Proton Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client servicing.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide support and guidance to clients on Proton products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to make improvements as needed - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide leadership and direction to junior client service staff - Manage client accounts and ensure all details are up to date - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client servicing

Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to client satisfaction - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of Proton products and services is a plus
