Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience, the Client Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in preparing reports and analysis on client feedback and satisfaction - Provide support in client onboarding and training processes - Continuously strive to enhance the overall client experience through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability skills to handle various client needs and requests - Proficient in analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
