Penerangan Pekerjaan - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description: As a Contact Center Manager at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center team. This position is a part-time role that can be done remotely from your home in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in contact center management at the mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency of the contact center - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Train and onboard new contact center agents - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in contact center management


Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills - 6+ years of experience in contact center management - Proven track record of successfully leading contact center teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
