Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, along with a high energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Will work closely with other departments to address any customer-related issues or concerns. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care strategies.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic individual who is passionate about customer service. 2. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
