Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang. As an entry-level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates. 3. Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Use emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations. 6. Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships. 7. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 8. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customer needs. 3. Analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
