Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

QSR Brands is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate for this position is adaptable, resilient, and possesses strong people management and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Research and provide solutions to customer problems - Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Strive to exceed customer expectations and promote brand loyalty

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and research skills
