Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their inquiries or concerns - Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling all communication and ensuring timely responses - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and make recommendations for process improvements - Monitor customer usage data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to inform product development and enhancements - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through the implementation process

Requirements: - Confidence and adaptability to effectively work in a remote environment - Strong negotiation skills to address customer needs and concerns - Proven ability to conduct research and gather relevant information to support customer success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent required
