Job Description:
YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Support Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to management when necessary. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay informed about product features and updates to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer support or related roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. 4. Motivated to exceed customer expectations and achieve targets. 5. Resilient in handling difficult customers and challenging situations. 6. Persuasion skills to upsell products and services. 7. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 8. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
