Remote Live Chat Associate

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. This includes assisting customers with product information, order status updates, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing any concerns or complaints. You will also be required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: confidence and passion. Soft skills such as adaptability and time management are also essential for success in this position.
