Job Description:


We are seeking a resourceful and confident Office Manager to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in office management and possess strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office budget and expenses effectively. 2. Supervise administrative staff and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures. 3. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance. 4. Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment. 5. Manage communication channels within the office and with external stakeholders. 6. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. 7. Coordinate with other departments to support overall company goals.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management. 3. Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
