Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers through various channels including email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up feedback to customers. 6. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing online environment. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Participate in training programs to further develop your skills and knowledge in the telecommunications industry.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. 6. Basic knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
