Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information about products and services to customers over the phone - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times - Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions - Good time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Proficiency in MS Office applications
