Online Live Chat Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia as an Online Live Chat Representative. This part-time entry-level position is based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs in a professional and timely manner. 3. Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers and address their concerns effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Resilient and hardworking mindset to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Ability to conduct research and provide accurate information to customers. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
