Operations Associate

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow. 2. Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiencies. 3. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. 4. Assist in project management tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. 5. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business goals and objectives. 7. Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on operational performance. 8. Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and escalate when necessary. 9. Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics. 10. Uphold company standards and policies in all operational activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Proven experience in operations or a similar role for at least 3 years. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data trends. 4. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. 7. Reliable and resilient with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
