Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad. This position is remote, allowing you to work from home in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and workflows. - Manage a team of employees and provide leadership and guidance. - Make informed decisions based on data analysis and drive strategic initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Handle any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and effective manner. - Continuously seek ways to improve operational processes and procedures.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Independent and resilient with the ability to work well under pressure. - High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with others on a personal level. - Proficiency in data analysis and report writing. - Experience working remotely and managing a virtual team is a plus.
