Job Description:
As a Support Representative at Petronas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will be to assist customers with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have regarding our products and services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and driven personality traits - Proficiency in negotiation and emotional intelligence - A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service - Previous experience in the retail or fuel industry is a plus
