Support Specialist

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, and possess strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and external clients - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Document and track support requests and resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes - Assist in the development and implementation of support tools and resources - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a support role - Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in strategic planning and project management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
