Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat, assisting guests with inquiries, booking reservations, and resolving any issues they may have. You will have the opportunity to work part-time at an Associate level, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and promotions via online chat. - Assist guests with booking reservations and making changes to existing reservations. - Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate and detailed information to guests, ensuring their needs are met. - Work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any challenges that may arise. - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others. - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations. - Energetic and positive attitude, with a passion for helping others. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
