Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad, a leading company in the communication industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in web chat management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the web chat platform, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and monitoring chat performance. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize chat performance. - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they are providing high-quality support to customers. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field. - Passionate about customer service and improving the customer experience. - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. - Strong project management skills and the ability to make quick decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using web chat software and other related tools. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
