Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitors. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling. 3. Pitch products and services to potential clients and negotiate terms of agreements. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. 5. Track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 7. Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for clients.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality with a strong desire to succeed. 2. Excellent negotiation skills and time management abilities. 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
