Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele-sales or cold calling potential clients to invite them to our latest training programs (leads will be given and self-searched online). 
2. Send an email to solicit an appointment.
3. Update clients on newsletters, new programmes, or HRD Corp.'s latest changes.
4. Actively use social media to solicit business.
5. Follow up and follow through on each lead to create a good business relationship with clients. 

Requirements:

• Active and positive, results-oriented, willing to accept challenges, and high achievers 
• Good communications skills over the telephone (BM and BI) 
• SPMs above or non-graduates with related work experience are encouraged to apply. 
• Preferably, entry level specialised in sales (telesales or telemarketing) or equivalent
