Description

The person will support the legal and compliance affairs for Reckitt Mexico and Central America in addition to working with the legal and compliance teams, the person will work closely with members of other corporate functions (including marketing, supply, regulatory, category development organisation and brand protection) while supporting the commercial function. The position will handle a broad spectrum of commercial legal issues, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, assessing and advising on advertising and marketing issues, supporting the creation and development of new go-to-market models, and handling risk management and legal compliance matters.

Part of your main responsibilities will be:

Draft the contracts for the operation
Review the labels and adverstising materials aligned with the R&D supports
Assure the compliance program is fully implemented
Provide support to the business functional areas

Experience required in:

Law department FMCG
Mexican Law
Advanced English
