Responsibilities

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.
  • Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts located in Northern Mexico States (Sonora, Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Durango, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas)
  • Responsible for direct legal quota.
  • Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.
  • Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
  • Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
  • Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.
  • Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies.
  • Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
  • Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.

Qualifications
  • Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering Bachelorsor Masters or University Degree orequivalent.
  • Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Postgraduate and/or certification/ license may be required
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer facing role
  • Demonstrated high sense of urgency and service attitude
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving customer engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent Written and Verbal Spanish and English Communication
