Accountant (Quickbooks)

We are a dedicated provider of accounting, bookkeeping, and consulting services to mid-sized businesses. Based in the New Jersey area, our team focuses on delivering high-quality financial solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs.

The Role

1. General Bookkeeping and Accounting:

• Manage general bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, with expertise in functions such as the data review feature, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.

1. Payroll Management:

• Handle all aspects of payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

1. Financial Reporting:

• Assist with financial reports and statements to provide clients with insights into their financial performance.

1. Client Relations:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries and provide guidance on accounting matters.
• Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 EST

Ideal Profile

• 5-10 years experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (Premier Accountant).
• Proficiency in payroll processing and related regulations.
• Ability to reconcile ledgers and conduct bulk review using Client Data Review.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
