Job Title : CRM Specialist
SUMMARY :
The CRM Specialist plans and coordinates the implementation of CRM campaigns. Working alongside the eCommerce and Media Plan teams, they develop and activate a promotional campaign calendar focused on increasing consumer moments of consumption and branding, with the goal of representing 50% of eCommerce D2C Sales.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...
Responsible for developing and operating a CRM strategic framework aligned with different audience types, consumer behavior, and moments of consumption.
They propose improvements and optimizations to creativity, segments, and communication channels based on results analysis.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL :
Knowledge of Zoho, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Oracle, Zendesk, Salesforce, SEO, and digital marketing in ecommerce. Meta Business.
Knowledge of Pixel Tracking and UTMs, Database Management.
Knowledge of branding (brand building) and performance.
