Showroom Manager

Our client is a highly regarded company in the medical and dental distribution industry with over 30 years of business function. The company is consistently ranked in the top 3 of Myanmar's dental distribution sector and deals with major international brands as well as regional players.
Our client is currently searching for a strong candidate to be a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will be expected to provide guidance to floor sales staff, oversee daily operations of the showroom process and operations and prepare daily sales reports to be presented directly to the company directors.
You will also be expected to perform the following:
Planning delivery routes for the delivery team's orders
Ensuring showroom is stocked according to company standards
Complete daily reporting of sales and inventory
Oversee the floor sales staff and provide guidance when necessary
Oversee the logistics team and provide guidance when necessary
Optimize daily operations of the showroom
Manage banking transactions in person at bank branches
Any other adhoc duties assigned by management
The ideal candidate will be expected to possess the following qualifications:
University graduate in any field
Prior experience using ERP or CRM software such as Odoo is highly valued, but not necessary
Advanced computer skills, able to work with complex Excel reports and troubleshoot simple desktop issues
Prior management experience is an advantage, but not necessary
The willingness to learn on the job
The willingness to take initiative and not wait to be told what to do
