Job Description:
Bugaboo International is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the contact center.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback in the system - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Assist in training new contact center staff members - Monitor and analyze contact center performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase efficiency
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills
