Live Chat Assistant

LiteBit is seeking a confident and motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, verification, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
