Job Description:

Ziggo is seeking a motivated and adaptable Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
