NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky – a 150-years-old icon in the heart of Amsterdam. Being one of the most famous hotels of this city, situated on Dam Square and facing the Royal Palace, NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is one of the four NH Collection hotels in the Netherlands. This five star hotel features 451 rooms and 17 conference rooms. Therefore NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is the biggest 5* congress hotel of the Benelux. In addition, the hotel has a rich history; since the opening in 1866 the hotel has developed and renewed many times. A very unique place is the monumental Winter Garden from 1880, where many events are organized and guests can enjoy our breakfast.

What are you going to do?

As a Winter Garden Manager you are ultimately responsible for leading all activities in the Winter Garden. This monumental restaurant now serves as the hotel's breakfast room, but is also often used during one of our events, for example for lunch, dinner or a drink. It is your job, together with your team, including a supervisor, to ensure that the entire operation runs smoothly. Moreover, together with the team you always strive to improve our services and you contribute original ideas that you are happy to implement. In this way you contribute to giving our guests a unique experience in the Winter Garden, both at breakfast and countless other moments.

Who are you?

You have several years of experience in managing a (breakfast) restaurant and are looking forward to taking the next step. You will have no problem getting up early and making sure that all our guests have a fantastic start to the day. With your eye for detail, you ensure that the Winter Garden always runs in an orderly manner. You are a good leader and able to manage a large team. With your knowledge of F&B you know how to motivate and enthuse the team. In addition, you have strong communication and organizational skills and you have a perfect command of both the Dutch and English language.
