Chat Support Assistant

DUS Architects is seeking a passionate and motivated Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to users through chat support - Respond to inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services through chat support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and driven personality - Proficient in time management and project management - Experience with customer support software is a plus - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
