Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Synkero, a leading technology company based in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level role suitable for individuals with 0 years of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in client relations from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner. 4. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed. 5. Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to the product or service. 7. Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and growth initiatives. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for client relations. 2. Excellent cooperation skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
