Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Ace & Tate is seeking a motivated and confident Client Relations Officer to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns, and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to address any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product offerings - Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and provide insights to improve our services and processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and Dutch
