Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

LeasePlan is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively and efficiently - Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback - Provide guidance and support to clients on LeasePlan's products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
