Client Service Officer

Signify is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and answering any inquiries they may have. 2. Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and implement strategies to improve customer experience. 5. Prepare reports and analysis on client trends and preferences to inform business decisions. 6. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable and professional service to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong planning and organizational abilities. 5. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 6. Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
