Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Support Officer at Tony's Chocolonely, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in a remote work environment. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a proactive and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support to clients - Identify opportunities to improve client support processes and implement solutions - Provide feedback to management on client trends and areas for improvement - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Energetic and driven personality - Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
