For the summer period, we are looking for additional staff to strenghten our Customer Care department
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service Officer pro-actively manages the releases and/or delivery of incoming cargo to final receivers. They are capable of handling all queries from customers, terminals, customs and other CMA CGM departments. They are also able to multitask within the various Import Customer Service teams.
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Officer are divided as such :
