Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

LiteBit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of online accounts receivable including invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation. 2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, communicating with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or disputes. 3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, applying payments to customer accounts and posting transactions in the system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve collection procedures. 5. Generate reports and provide analysis of accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payment activities. 7. Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting as needed. 8. Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements to streamline accounts receivable operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Energetic and independent personality traits. 6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
