Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Flow Traders is seeking an Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This is a full-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a related field. As an Online Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our online clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and efficient.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support - Manage and update client accounts with accurate information - Provide guidance and support on our online platform and services - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Experience in customer service or online support is a plus
