Online Customer Care Assistant

VanMoof is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Assistant in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product information and assistance with online orders - Monitor online reviews and feedback to continuously improve the customer experience - Conduct quality assurance checks on orders and shipments - Assist with the development of customer care policies and procedures

Requirements: - A resourceful and reliable individual who is committed to delivering excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
