Who you are

You're a passionate communicator with a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
With at least 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communication roles, preferably in the electronics, software, IT industry, or a related sector, you bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
Your track record includes successfully developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies, harnessing modern MarCom digital channels and tools to drive impact. Besides, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• A skilled storyteller and relationship-builder, you possess exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, enabling you to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong leadership capabilities, having mentored cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
• Any background or experience in electronic components and systems, embedded systems, IT, and software is a definite plus.

What will you do

As a PR, marketing and communications employee, you will execute high-impact communication strategies to effectively convey the Association's mission, objectives, and key initiatives to members and stakeholders within the Electronic Components and Systems (ECS) community. Besides, you wil implement and develop integrated marketing campaigns aimed at fostering membership growth. You are in charge of day-to-day communication activities, including managing the companies' website, blog, social media, and magazine. You will collaborate closely with the Secretary General on MarCom daily activities. Besides these tasks, you will also:

• Elevate the association's visibility and leadership through strategic media outreach, creating compelling content across various platforms.
• Work hand-in-hand with the cross-functional team to ensure alignment on membership, events, and objectives, fostering a cohesive approach to communication and marketing.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and marketing activities, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
